Warranty:
Warranties offered for items sold by Warehouse Fitness are subject to each manufacturer’s warranty. Some items may require that you contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or service claims. The Lifetime Warranty offered on Phys-X pieces is limited to structural failures under normal home usage. Replacement parts or repaired parts will be sent directly to the street address as indicated on the Return Authorization form or to the address where original shipment was sent. If the address is different, a letter or fax must be sent to our Customer Care Center along with the part or request. The warranty for Phys-X items is non-transferable and is good only toward the original purchases of the equipment. Phys-X’s lifetime warranty does not cover the failure of the equipment if used in a Commercial or Institutional environment or if the failure of a part or the unit as a whole is caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if unit has been altered or changed in anyway or if pro per and reasonable care has not been given toward the product.

Free Freight and Shipping Included:
The terms “Free Freight” and “Shipping Included” are found on selected items only and do not include plates and/or dumbbells sold individually. These shipments are limited to straight deliveries detailed below within the 48 contiguous United States. Any special services, requests or requirements are not applicable to this program and will not be offered. In some cases, Freight carriers may not have normal access to certain areas (island or other remote inland locations) in these events you will be contacted from Warehouse Fitness for possible service charges prior to shipping. Normal delivery time is 10 to 14 working days from date of the order receipt but this time may vary, especially around holidays or other peak shopping times. Smaller items may be shipped via UPS or FED-EX ground. Sorry, we do not ship to any APO's, FPO's or P.O. Boxes due to UPS’ and the trucking companies inability to deliver to those addresses. Most items will be shipped via Common Carrier. Taxes are applicable to all orders shipping to the states of California and Texas. 

You are requested to supply Warehouse Fitness with two phone numbers. This is in the likelihood that your order will ship via common carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. You must be present on the scheduled delivery date. In the event you are unable keep your appointment you will need to contact the carrier directly to request another date. Any re-deliveries, re-routing or storage charges are your responsibility and will be charged to your credit card number on file with Warehouse Fitness. Orders are shipped as straight delivery in which the carrier delivers the merchandise to the end of the truck. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to remove the equipment from the truck and move it to its final destination. Any additional services such as a lift gate, inside delivery, or inside set up are not part of our program and will be charged to the credit card on file if requested by the recipient.

When your delivery arrives, make certain to count the total number of pieces that you have received and inspect for any visible damages to the product itself (boxes may get ripped or damaged during shipping). Each carton/box has a tag affixed to it, stating the total number of pieces we shipped and that you are to receive. If the number of pieces received does not exactly match the number of pieces on the freight bill, note the number of pieces received next to your signature on the freight bill. Any visible damage should also be noted next to your signature on the freight bill. If, you fail to note any discrepancies or damage on the freight bill, neither Warehouse Fitness nor the carrier can be held liable. Any and all claims for damage or shortages must be filed with the delivering carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
Changes to an order or cancellation of an order must be made by telephone within 24 hours of the order being placed to our Customer Care Center 877-232-2763. No changes or cancellations made by e-mail or fax will be accepted. If you cancel or modify part of an order, once it has been shipped, any and all freight charges will be applied to the credit card number on file.

Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our goal. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your product, simply return the merchandise within 30 days for a prompt, hassle free refund. Returns are simple. Call our toll free Customer Care Center (10:00 – 5:00 P.M., Mon.– Fri.) or email to CustomerCare@WarehouseFitness.com to request a return authorization number, (no exchanges or returns are accepted without this number). The return authorization number must be present on the return shipping documents. Once you have received your return authorization number, it is your responsibility to make the shipping arrangements. You, the customer are responsible for any and all return freight charges and the product must arrive in like new condition in their original boxes. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your return authorization number. A refund may be made when the entire product is received at our facility. A 15% restocking fee will apply and any damage or signs of use may result in an additional deduction of the refund.

Money Back Guarantee:
Warehouse Fitness prides itself in our ability to offer our customers the lowest prices on the merchandise we sell. If within 30 days of your purchase, you see the same item advertised for less, we will happily refund you the difference. For verification purposes it will be necessary for you to send us the advertisement and proof of purchase. The guarantee is limited to new exact items in stock with warranties. This warranty excludes any and all cast iron products including but not limited to: weight sets, dumbbells and plates.

Errors on our site or in print:
We try to ensure that the information contained in these mediums are accurate, however, our use of 3 rd party sources may result in errors that are beyond our control. Warehouse Fitness reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. All products offered are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. Any errors on our website or in printed ads will be corrected where discovered and Warehouse Fitness reserves the right to revoke any stated offers and to correct any inaccuracies, omissions or errors up to and including after an order has been submitted and your credit card charged. If your card has been charged under these instances Warehouse Fitness will issue a credit back to the card for the full amount charged. The amount and posting of the credit is subject to the card company, whom dictate the posting of such credit.

Limits on Quantities:
Warehouse Fitness, at its own discretion, may restrict the amounts of items sold per order, per person or per household. These restrictions include but are not limited to canceling or limiting quantities that use the same billing/shipping addresses or credit card account or multiple orders. Should this occur, a notice will be sent via e-mail and or to the billing address. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel any orders and quantities ordered by independent dealers.
